Every morning we check all assets. Any due within 14 days gets an engineer assigned automatically — no action needed from you.
The engineer attends on the scheduled date. The asset status updates to In Progress while on site.
A signed digital certificate is generated instantly. Download as PDF at any time. Asset dates reset and a new renewal date is set.
If a test fails, the asset is marked Remedial Required and an itemised quote appears in your portal. Accept online and we book the work.

What Every Dry Riser Inspection Covers
Every annual service begins with a thorough 14-point visual inspection followed by a 15-minute hydraulic pressure test — carried out by our trained IFEDA technicians.
All inspections are carried out to BS 9990:2015 by our fully trained and accredited engineers. A signed digital compliance certificate is issued the same day as the test.
